FAQ

Q: What is Small Group Personal Training?

A: Small group personal training is when 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 people at the same time. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes of cardio for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!

Q: What other classes can I chose from?
A
: Any combination of small group personal training and/or Fit Body Combat Camp.

 

Q: Do I have to be in shape to participate in the program?

A: You will work at your own pace. The trainer will know exactly how to get the most out of you. We know that everybody is different so your job is to try your best, that’s it.

 

Q: How many times a week do I need to do this program:

A: You can choose either two or three times a week.

 

Q: Can anyone participate?

A: Yes, but there are some simple requirements that must be met before starting.

  1. You must weigh in and have your Body Fat% measured before your first session. The whole process is less than 5 minutes. All information gathered is strictly confidential.
  2. You must take a “Before” pic or use a recent photo which you will keep in your drawer at home. At the end of 4 months you will then take an “After” pic. We will never use your pics without your permission, BUT…… it is very important that YOU see the changes that you made.
  3. You need to have a Goal. Whatever it is you want to accomplish, we need to know before we start.
  4. Commitment: You need to make your health a Top priority. Don’t waste your time and money if you are not committed to reaching your fitness goal!!

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The cost is $20 a session for three times a week or $25 a session for two times a week .You will be charged monthly on your credit card.

 

Q: What if I have to miss a session(s)?  Can I make it up?

A:  Yes you can. There are 2 options available to you.

  1. You can take  Fit Body Combat Camp within two weeks from the date the session was missed.
  2. You can sign up for any other available Small Group Personal Training within two weeks of the missed session.
