Q: What is Small Group Personal Training? A: Small group personal training is when 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 people at the same time. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes of cardio for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
Q: What other classes can I chose from?
Q: Do I have to be in shape to participate in the program? A: You will work at your own pace. The trainer will know exactly how to get the most out of you. We know that everybody is different so your job is to try your best, that’s it.
Q: How many times a week do I need to do this program: A: You can choose either two or three times a week.
Q: Can anyone participate? A: Yes, but there are some simple requirements that must be met before starting.
Q: How much does it cost? A: The cost is $20 a session for three times a week or $25 a session for two times a week .You will be charged monthly on your credit card.
Q: What if I have to miss a session(s)? Can I make it up? A: Yes you can. There are 2 options available to you.
