Here's my story
When I was young, I was very active and played roller hockey every day. Midway through High School I stopped playing, and got real fat, real fast.
I would see people in shape and say 'No way that can be me, that seems too hard.' I made every excuse in the book to not workout and kept telling myself that some people just aren't in shape.
Then one day I was trying on some new jeans, and I realized that I was holding a size 42 waist, and I was still 19 years old.

Meanwhile, my self esteem was destroyed and a wave of depression came over me as I thought about the reality that I would probably be overweight for the rest of my life.
But here's the thing, a few months later or maybe it was years, I realized I had enough of feeling and looking like crap. I started working out and to make a long story short……. I loved it!! I had energy again… it was like a bolt from upstairs. I lost 42 lbs. and FAST!!
