Hi Everyone,
My name in Neal Pire,MS,CSCS,FASCM. I am an Exercise Physiologist with a Master's Degree from Columbia University, and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. I have 33 years experience working with all types of clients; ranging from young soccer players, Olympic figure skaters, and US Swimmers, to MLB, MLS, and NFL Pros, and people just like you!
Our training programs are all evidence-based. That means that they are clinically-proven and designed based on the latest peer-reviewed sports medicine research.
Each exercise program has a specific focus emphasizing a unique goal and corresponding physiological requirement. Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or simply lower your blood pressure, we have the program for you! My hand selected team of personal trainers NEVER use generic fitness routines. We DO NOT just "stand around" holding a clip board. We DO NOT stand around checking ourselves out in the mirror all day or go on and on telling you about our personal lives during the workouts.
