 Anthony Argyros - Personal Trainer

Champion Submission Wrestler Anthony Argyros has joined the VOLT FITNESSSM staff.  Anthony has won World, U.S. National and North American Grappling Championships in 6 different weight classes.  He now brings his experience directly to you!

Anthony is a NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers) certified trainer.  He has 8+ years of experience in training everyone from beginners to top athletes in various sports.  He is an expert at getting the most out of each individual client.

Jackie Rick

Jackie Rick is an energized, passionate, personable, Expert Rating Certified Personal Trainer. She has an Associates Degree in Exercise Science and is working on completing her Masters Degree. Jackie specializes in women specific and core training exercises. As a mother of four children, ranging from elementry school to high school, she understands the struggle to stay in shape while being a busy, working mom.
 James Jefferies - Personal Trainer

James has some special talents.  James played county soccer in England for over 10 years and has been a qualified soccer coach since 2002.  James is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition to help his clients maintain a healthy diet to reach their overall fitness goals and to achieve optimal performance.

When training clients, James uses an array of functional strength training and plyometrics exercises.  As coach/player James clearly understands the value of flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which are also staples of his workouts.

 
 

 
Michael Lefebvre - Personal Trainer

Mike is an experienced, enthusiastic, highly motivated personal trainer. He has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science, has two Personal Trainer Certifications through ExpertRating, and is also certified in basic first aid, CPR, and AED.

Having lost 50 pounds, Mike knows first-hand the benefits of exercise and weight-loss and wants to help others achieve their weight loss goals.

As a personal trainer, Mike utilizes a vast combination of weight training, cardio, kickboxing and core strength exercises to make the perfect workout that will get the results you want!


 

Joseph Rogovich - Partner and Personal Trainer


Six years ago, Joe made the decision to change his life for the better. He was able to lose 100 pounds and has been able to keep the weight off. At this point, Joe was inspired to help others with similar challenges. since then, Joe has become an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has even participated in several distance races. 


Joe specializes in helping clients to lose weight and, just as importantly, maintaining their goal.  As someone who has been through the "battle of the bulge", Joe knows what it takes to lead others through their weight loss struggles by addressing their physical and psychological needs.

 
 
Jon Marciani - Personal Trainer

Jon Marciani was a college athlete and Deans List Scholar.  He is now bringing his passion for fitness to "You."Jon has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science. He is an AFAA certified personal trainer who prides himself on being able to mold a workout specific to your different age, gender, and body types.  His experience in a broad spectrum of sports ranging from basketball to submission wrestling makes him the perfect choice for any athlete or anyone who has a desire to reach their full physical potential. 

Jon is an excellent motivator who will give you the self-confidence and positive reinforcement you need to look and feel your best!
